In March 2023, in Manjari BK, Pune, a small but determined dream began its journey. With strong will and honest purpose, Mrs. Jayshri Ambade established a community flour mill — Mahadeo Flour Mill.
The mission was simple:
Grind grains brought by local families and deliver fresh, pure chakki flour every day, with complete transparency and hygiene.
Within two years, our flour mill became a symbol of local trust near manjari, Keshavnagar, Mundhwa, kharadi and Hadapsar. Customers experienced a clear difference — softer rotis, natural wheat aroma, fine flour texture, and pure taste, achieved through traditional stone-grinding methods and clean grain processing.
The Birth of Our Brand – Suddham Kanik
As responsibility grew, we introduced our own retail flour brand: Suddham Kanik – by Mahadeo Flour Mill, Pune
Created with one purpose:
To deliver 100% fresh, chemical-free, preservative-free, and unadulterated chakki atta to households across Pune.
We mill flour in fresh daily batches, pack it immediately, and maintain a process that protects nutrition, taste, aroma, and softness — just like home chakki atta.
Scaling Up for Quality and Capacity
To meet increasing demand, we have upgraded our infrastructure. Today, along with our existing two 3 HP flour mills, we are proud to operate a new 10 HP commercial flour mill with:
Production capacity: 140 to 150 kg/hr of continuous milling
Designed for bulk and retail flour processing
Ideal for high-fiber whole wheat flour, besan, rice flour, jowar, and bajra flour
